Perfect gaming chair, good for office use
Perfect gaming chair!!! The package arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. It came with an instruction manual which was easy to follow and the assembly was trouble free. All I had to do was follow 10-12 steps and it had every small detail on how to assemble the chair. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble the whole thing(might require less!). There is no need of any additional tools, they provide you with the small packet which consists of all the nuts, bolts, screws, etc. You won’t even need somebody else’s help. You can do it all by yourself. The chair is quite comfortable and can be adjusted as per your liking. It is perfect for office use as well as gaming. It reclines all the way to 180 degrees which provides the ultimate comfort while watching a movie. The armrest can be adjusted accordingly. It also comes with a footrest which is an added plus when it comes to comfort. Overall, a very good chair!!

Very comfortable for long periods of gaming.
This chair is pretty good, super easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in, and just generally good for the price. The foot rest is a nice feature I did not think I'd get for this price point, and it works well, though I don't know how taller people might feel about the foot rest (I'm 5'3"), it works very well for me and I'm super comfortable. I felt kind of weird about the lumbar support not being attached, but it's really no big deal, I kind of like being able to have it in my chair but also have the option of leaving it off. It's also pretty easy to adjust, so no worries if I get stiff I can lean it back a little or a lot and it stands up fine. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase. After a couple months of use, I'll come back for an update.

Not worth the money.
So this is going to be a doozie, so strap in.Two stars only because it works as a chair should and the reclining is kind of nice. So that’s it about the pros of this chair. This novel you’re about to read is pretty detailed cons of this chair. Here we go.So the construction of this chair is laughable. You could do better by going to Lowe’s and making your own for about the same price. Picture a child’s bicycle, that little foam roll that they put on the cross bar of the handle bars in case the kid wrecks, that’s the best way I can describe the padding around the metal frame. There’s such little padding in the chair that you can feel the bars of the frame, just with a cheap foam pad. The seat of the chair is hard. Like sitting on a wooden stool after about an hour or so. The arm rest are a hard plastic, so you’ll have to buy some pads to go over those as well. The footrest is a joke. It comes out about maybe a foot. I’m 5’10” and the footrest comes to just under my knees. The chair leans forward. Not a lot but enough to make the seating experience uncomfortable for you as you start to tilt yourself back subconsciously. Which is sort of good because you’ll have thighs of steel by the end of your 18hr gaming session. The lumbar pillow is a joke. It’s just cheap dense foam. I don’t use it. The wheels and wheel base look cool I guess. It came with two beautiful tears in the pleather by where the back meets the seat. That was 100% because of the shipping box it came in. They just kind of threw it in a box that it could fit in. There was no packing, it was just thrown in there.Don’t get this thing. It’s trash. In one of my pics, you’ll see the chair I “upgraded” from. It was a $28 chair brim Big Lots from about 3 years ago. I still sit in that chair over this “upgrade”. It’s softer and had better back support than this chair does. Try and save up another $100 and get you a chair that’s worth something. I’ll be returning this bad boy.Edit: I’m using my rating a bit because the customer service was really good. They were able to assist me with the problems with my chair and made things right.

Broken wheel
I like how the chair looks but it didn’t take long for a wheel to come off. I have carpet in the room but it’s the short carpet so maneuvering it was easy in the beginning but now the wheels get stuck and one even popped off the chair completely

Good Product / Seller not sure of
Overall product is good. Very easy to assemble, was so easy I did it without the instructions. That is where the issue with the product started with me. After complete it was pretty obvious someone returned this one for what ever reason, and it was shipped back to me. The first thing I noticed was how beat up the box was. This could have been due to shipping, so can't put that entirely on the seller. Second thing I noticed was upon opening the box the instructions were no where to be found. Maybe they were lost because of how badly the box was torn/beat up. 2nd thing I noticed was all the screws were preplaced in the holes where they go. This was when I was pretty sure the product was returned and shipped back to me. A couple of the screws were kind of tight, but luckily none were cross threaded. One of which when unscrewing took a piece of foam from inside the seat with it as I removed the screw to install one of the arm rests. Bottom of cushion so not too concerned as it was maybe a 2x1 inch piece of foam that came out with the screw. The only real design flaw is the foot rest. They give basically a wood screw to act as a stop. However the hole drilled in the bracket where you would install this screw was not large enough for the width of the threads.Good product, but I have my doubts if I would like to buy from this seller again.
