Worthless do not buy ,You can not access apps even with full internet always cuts out and they just take your money for in app purchases , Disgusting customer service over all better off buying a iPad stay away !

I bought this for my daughter so she could watch videos on Netflix, SkyGo, and our purchased Amazon Prime kids movies. I work in IT, and this Tablet is without doubt, the slowest piece of equipment i've ever had the displeasure of using. The screen sticks when rotating, menu is incredibly slow, and the keyboard sometimes doesnt come up at all. Added to the fact that YOU CANT EVEN USE AMAZON PRIME VIDEO ON THE KIDS ACCOUNT! Steer clear of this if you want a good performing tablet.

These are good, very much appreciate the extra features for older kids, perfectly timed for my 6yr old. The battery life could be better and unfortunately ours kept freezing but simple to send back for a replacement.

Just set this up for my stepdaughter, compared to the kids tablet for 3-7 year olds it seems quite slow and took longer to set up. Hoping that now it’s set up and I’ve restarted it, it will speed up a little.

Save your money, do not buy .....Literally struggling to run its own homescreen. I can't work out why with its tech specifications it shouldn't be anywhere near as slow, unresponsive and cumbersome as it is. And I'm literally watching the battery life drop every 2 minutes or so ..... I can't believe Amazon are putting thier name to this and I can't believe I've paid money for it in 2021.... It's like running Windows 98 on a Windows 95 era PC.Bought to occupy my daughter on a long car journey and will have to get something else because this won't be up to the task. And she's a toddler. This is marketed at 6 years and older ?? Patience isn't a known trait of that age group and boy would they need it trying to load LITERALLY ANYTHING on this.Do not buy !!!!!! Terrible.

We got this for our 4 y.o. Boy … hubby turned it on to set it up and it was just wayyyy to slow ;-(

The concept is good and the hardware is suitably sturdy, but after just 2 weeks the software crashed and the tablet refused to boot up, despite reinstalling and reverting to factory defaults. Had to be returned for a refund. Return process was excellent though - very easy and efficient.

My daughter got gifted this from her grandparents and honestly we have only had it a couple months but I have just went and purchased a new android tablet for her as this is sooo bad. It's frustratingly slow and I really don't like the layout as on her older tablet I had a small selection of apps on the home page for her to pick from but now all the apps (and there's hundreds) are just there, and most of them require purchasing to get the full app. My daughter tends to open an app and get frustrated why she can't play the game she wants to, or gets fed up of it loading as it takes forever so looses interest in it very quickly so I find this whole tablet it just not fit for use.Would 100% rather pay an extra £100ish for an extra 3GB ram, better processor, 4" bigger screen, quadruple the internal storage with miles better camera quality, almost double the battery life and runs on Android.
