I was unsure about purchasing this heating pad until I used it the first time. Relief and comfort for my neck and upper shoulders. I am very pleased with this purchase. Easy to recommend!

I love the length of it it lays right across the top of my shoulders and gets my neck. It could be a little wider, but other than that, and I wish you could heat it for longer instead of reheating it love it otherwise.

My wife thinks its a little too heavy as she has arthritis in her elbows but it holds up well and keeps its shape better than others we have had.Previous ones we had we microwaved for about 1.5 minutes and they were hot but cooled quickly. This I usually do 2.5 minutes and its not as hot but seems to hold the warmth longer. I would buy it again.

A heated neck pad really helped me get relief from a stiff neck.

This purchase was absolutely a life saver. Fits the neck perfectly, retains heat extremely well, very versatile for many aches and pains. Highly recommend.

Girlfriend pops it in for 2 and a half mins and it comes out hot smells funny for the first couple cooks but after that noting wrong with it, wish I had one.

It works well, heats fairly quickly and I love the length. I much prefer this to my old one which was more of a square bag.
