Yes, this DOES help to neutralize errant Lectins in my gut/food. If you think Lectins are no big deal...think again! ABout 5 months ago I got into my whole Blood Type and been eating 90% for it, and at first though I was iffy, I noticed things I've naturally stayed away from (chicken even organic) beause I don't digest it well (AB bloodtype I am). I'm very healthy and into fitness with a 17% bodyfat though I couldn't seem to get more toned and lean on the hips like most women. After only adding this to my regimen that I had currently been on, it has FAR surpassed any doubts I've had for sure!! I'm still at 17% bodyfat, but I'm now VERY lean around my hips and buttocks! It's as if this product has helped me to have my bodyfat evenly dispersed in a healthy way! I by no means like to be called or considered skinny because I've notice a lot of skinny "fat" which is worse than being thick IMO. I like to be and look very lean, cut and basically show on the outside what I'm physically in shape on the inside to do. This helps keep my metabolism in better shape and those times when I can't avoid eating what's on the "No No List" for my blood type, this Really does help! I take this daily because well some things I can't avoid taking such as TUmeric which is better absorbed with some black pepper, which "pepper" is a major no no for me, yet it would be useless to take TUmeric without it. So the lesser of two evils is not a second though for me when Taking DEFLECT by D'Adamo! SOOO Very worth it!

Hurts my stomach. I don't know what's going on with it since it is for my blood type.
