NO BUENO !!!

Beautiful concept but disappointed it didint come with urn filler glad I had one that I got with another necklace I bought ( Different Company)it’s super sad already having to fill it But to not have the proper utensils that you need to fill it is very disappointing also was very disappointed in the customization as you can see from the photos it is super tiny I expected it to be across the length of the vile but it’s not it’s super tiny and I highly recommend that you buy a separate chain because the chain that comes with it is super rinky-dinky also the clasp on chain doesn’t close all the way and once The top is tight and it does not lineup I always leave honest reviews and honestly I’m highly disappointed and have reached out to customer service

Necklace
I loss my mother January 2020 and we had her cremated. I have been looking for MONTHS to find the perfect necklace to put her ashes in. I came across this one and I am so in love with it! Now I really feel like I ALWAYS have my mother with me at all times! Thank you so much for this beautiful necklace ❤️

Nice work but have to replace chain and work to hard to fill
The urn itself is a nice piece of jewelry. It has a nice weight to it and the customization is a great touch. The fact that it doesn't come with the tools to put the ashes in is an issue. Its stressful enough to go through this and have to deal with the whole situation but to have to figure out hiw to get your ashes in the urn without spilling them all over the place is an issue. Nit thought out at all. The chain is useless to me. I took one look at it and removed it. You will be better off buying your own chain from the store (silver chains aren't that expensive) but this stuff they give you is impossible to clasp behind your neck. I would rather receive a funnel than a cleaning cloth, I have my own way of cleaning my jewelry. But the engraving came out nice.

Perfect gift
I gave this necklace to a best friend of mine (for her birthday) in remembrance of one of our mutual friend who passed away from stage 4 bladder cancer in June (at 36 years old) and we never got to say goodbye. I thought this urn necklace would bring my friend peace, comfort and closure of our friend's passing. Also, my friend needed something to do with (our friend who passed) ashes. When I saw this, I knew it was the perfect gift for her to honor their friendship and sisterhood and to honor our friend who passed away. It was perfect. We both cried when she opened the gift. I am so thankful there was a option to customize it to make it a special and sacred remembrance gift.

This was perfect all around for my fur babies ashes. The hole was a good size for the ashes to be put in perfectly.

There is not a larger ring to for the clasp
The chain has a typical clasp on one side, but the other side does not have a larger ring to clasp too. So the other end of the chain has a micro tiny chain link that is so small I can barely see it, let along attach the clasp to it, behind my head. Having a larger ring at the end of the chain to attach the clasp is a vital and important detail in all necklace jewelry. The fact this one does not have that means the seller does not know this detail and should not be selling jewelry. The necklace is useless, it just sits on my table. I have to go to a jewelry store and get a larger ring attached to it to make it any good. One star for this.

Pretty
I got this for my girlfriend for a loved one loss. So pretty! Great quality! But didn’t come with the tools so now I have to figure out a little funnel to get her grandmas ashes in!! Slightly disappointed. If you show it in the pic it should be in the package.
