Update- the seller sent another pulley which is way better quality. No issues whatsoever. Kids love it. Great customer service Installed the slack line which wasnt too difficult but did take a little time and a ladder. The quality of the line seems fair - noticed fraying on a side seam that would need to be monitored for safety. The bearings on the pulley were not lined up perfectly and did not spin well straight out of the box yet appeared to be new in packaging. I have one child that weighs 70 lbs. The bearings on the pulley broke after one use. Will be returning it. Don't waste your time on this one. I should have paid more attention to the reviews

I ordered both the pulley slider with slack line as well as an extra pulley slider. After a couple days of use by our 3 children (all of which are 70lbs or lighter) the bearings shredded. There are sharp pieces of metal sticking out from the bearings now and it is completely seized. I opened the extra pulley slider and swapped them. Within 2 hours I noticed one of the bearings on the far side had seized as well resulting in it barely sliding now. If my kids continue to use this it will end up completely failing like the other. This is a HUGE problem with the product. Who wants to take the time to install this and get the angles and tension perfectly set up only to have to take it all down and attempt to get refunded a couple days later. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you only need it for one day of fun. I will say, my kids LOVED it for the short amount of time it worked. It made me realize the potential of the product if made better. I will absolutely be installing another one from a more reputable brand.

Hours of fun!!! It did not hold adults well, but the kids absolutely played for hours! The one downfall is the strap wants to turn so the swing gets stuck where the secured part is on both ends.

keeps the kids happy for hours and so easy to install and take down! well worth it!

I bought this for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it, when it worked. The slackline is solid, but the pulley itself seems pretty low quality. After just a few dozen runs, the wheels on the inside broke and stopped turning. I'd like to get a replacement, but can't seem to just request that, and was told by Amazon that I would need to uninstall the whole thing and return it, so instead of enjoying her Zipline this fall, my daughter will have to wait on shipping? UPDATE I connected with customer support, and they took responsibility for the issue. Glad for folks who stand behind their product!

Very easy setup, lots of add-on options, extremely safe if setup correctly, and best of all a HUGE smile and lots of laughs with my grand daughter!! This will be the highlight of many family reunions amongst the nieces and nephews.

We spent the entirety of Christmas Day and the day after watching/helping our kids, cousins, and neighbor-kids zip line across the yard. We always made sure there was an adult at the end to slow them down, and the younger ones needed an adult to help them on to the swing. There were smiles and laughter all day and the kids did it over and over. We were able to best adjust it for kids 40-75 lbs, but we could make it a little higher and tighter for those up to 125. Setting it up the first time took several trial and error adjustments for height and tightness, but once we learned how to do it we could then take it down in about 5 minutes and set it up the next day in about 10. We're looking forward to many more hours of fun.
