Well developed characters, and wonderful animals. I love all of the dogs! This book kept me on my toes from the beginning right through to the end.I am looking forward to reading the whole series!

Very good read!!! Enjoyed the characters, which are highly developed and the actions and behaviors, especially of Jessica, who loves her dogs with all her heart!! She interacted with her dogs as this reader has had the joy of experiencing with her own Great Pyrenees, who guarded an Angora goat herd. I especially loved how Jessica treated and communicated with her dogs. This book illustrated the fact that dogs are so much smarter than humans give them credit for, and communicate with each other and their owner far more elegantly than anyone who hasn't trained dogs can ever understand.The story is very engaging and the action is intense. Grabbed me from the first page to the very end!!!

I was riveted by this story and fascinated by all the dog lore. It had elements of almost being a documentary but the writing was excellent and the characters kept me engaged in the plot development. I want to read more these people!

Interesting plot. No excessive language or sex. Really interesting story weaving together dog training, search and rescue, law enforcement as a sheriff, and complex characters .

I have read all of these books using kindle unlimited. I liked them sooo much that I purchased them for my kindle library and am re-reading them. Each story is different. love the dogs and like most of the characters. Highly recommend this series!!

Couldn’t put it down. Intriguing story line. The bad guy was a surprise. The dogs were amazing. Hero and heroine genuine. Highly recommend.

This book was a joy to read not one dog but many loved how it's was explained they were a pack and their owner and trainer was one of the pack .They all came together to hunt down a serial killer in the loose .This is book one though a complete story I am on to book 2 right now great read thrills and surprises.loved it .

I like those stories about really smart dogs and there handler. This is hopefully just beginning. I would like to read all the stories with these families.incredibly.... Please release more information about the future stories...

I really enjoyed the characters and their relationships to the dogs. The ending was a surprise . The dialogue was engaging and kept me reading .
