The Best Flour I've Used for Homemade Pizza
After trying several pizza flours, this one has become my favorite. The dough develops great elasticity and handles long fermentation extremely well. The finished crust had excellent texture and flavor, comparable to pizza from a dedicated pizzeria. The large bag offers excellent value for anyone who makes pizza regularly. I'll definitely be ordering it again.

Very nice flour. This makes amazing pizza crust. Better cinnamon rolls and the best bread. It’s very light as a batter and very crispy too. All round love it but would definitely like to try a lot of their flours side by side by side for their recommendations and purpose. I’d love that.

This is a really good flour.
This is a great flour. Makes a great pizza dough. Everyone should always sift their flour I don’t care who it came from. For scones in particular this flour makes them turn out very light and airy. I see a lot US reviews on here that say people were sent expired product. Get a grip people, in Europe they put the year first, then the month and date - so 27/07/22 actually reads as July 22, 2027 not July 27, 2022. I am in Denver and store my dry goods in 5 gallon pails with lids in my basement where it is cool. Never had a problem with bugs here. In a lower altitude like in Florida I’ve had bugs in my dry goods unless I stored them in the freezer.

Great flour but consistently bad delivery
This flour is great for sourdough. However, it keeps being shipped in plastic poly mailers, and Amazon is mishandling the deliveries, causing numerous bags to arrive busted open. It needs to ship in boxes. I’m frustrated with the number of returns. I’m having to do just to get a bag that is not damaged.
