Can be difficult to light or adjust the flame. Have to hold down propane button and click igniter for over 5 min. Sometimes to get to light. Then adjusting the flame to anything but high can cause it to go out completely and then have to start the process over again.

At first the igniter didn't work, but with the manufacturer's help we figured it out. We love this fire pit table! It come with a cover and a wind shield that's great. It's a great value for the money.

What I like about the fire pit is the tile top around the fire pit. Considering the heat it puts out the tile does not get hot. It comes with a cover for the fire pit and rain cover for the table and glass wind guard. Not all fire pits come with all of these parts. You definitely need the glass wind guard. Although I have only had it for a week, it works and looks great. On the down side, the table came missing one leg and had a dent in the door to the Propane tank. The four page manual is pictures only and takes some trial and error to assemble although it is actually very simple when you figure it out. There is no phone number in the manual for the Chinese company that makes it. I had to go through Amazon to contact them. They were very polite and prompt. They sent me the table leg i needed and gave me $30 off for the dented door.

Almost no need for the assembly instructions. Once you attach the four walls of the base (which is incredibly simple to do) the rest of the assembly is an absolute piece of cake. Ignition worked great and the gas line is already hooked up to the burner. All I had to do was hook up the propane tank, follow the directions to turn it on and it worked like a champ. Just keep the little rocks off of the burner and definitely off of your ignition plate that sits next to the burner. The fact that this unit came with the rain cover, and the wind glass, and the small cover for the burner section itself, made this purchase a no-brainer. It looks great on our deck and as there are no holes or slats in the base you can’t see the propane tank inside. On high setting the flame is bigger than anyone would ever need. Medium to low setting is a beautiful flame and pushes out warmth just fine.

Igniter failed almost immediately. Contacted seller. No resolution.

The media could not be loaded.  I love that it comes with a wind shield, colored glass, lid and cover. A little challenging to assemble but it looks amazing. Love the top. Packaging could be better but customer service was quick to respond.

We loved the look of the fire pit table but just after a few uses it would not light anymore. The seller has never responded to us. My husband tried buying placement parts just to see if we could get it to work again but has been unsuccessful. I would not recommend buying this product.

Ordered this by mistake. The package came in great condition. It is a nice gas pit. I am going to return just because do not need it. The Seller has been very cooperative.
