CAP Strength Standard Bench with 100 lb Weight Set, Leg Developer, Flat

By no means is this Olympic quality but didn’t expect it to be. This is a perfect starter bench for my 13 year old. Looking at the picture of the assembled bench was more helpful than the instructions though. The packaging for the nuts and bolts are hard to read. Took about 25 minutes to put together.

I came home to half my delivery not in a box. This is a Christmas present and I had to quickly put it in a room before my husband woke up to go to work.

It was easy to assemble, but would suggest having 2 adjustable pliers to help hold bolts while assembling

The box came all torn up and open. Once we started to put the bench together we realized that pieces were missing. It’s not very sturdy and feels like it might collapse on you while your using it. I do not recommend this.

It’s not that you can’t get a workout going. Just feels different then a normal bench press set.

Very helpful

This is very cheaply made. It's flimsy and feels like it's going to fall apart. The padding on the bench is very thin and uncomfortable to where you can feel the wood underneath. We bought one from Big 5 very similar to this one and it was way better quality.
