I just needed a computer that I can surf the internet and do some easy paper work and store my files. This computer definitely met all my needs. It was easy to set up. There is no brand log on the computer but it looks very nice. It came with windows initial set up and I was able to use it right away. Do need to pay for the windows after a period of time though. Not a big deal. It definitely exceeded my expectation for the price I paid for it.

The computer was very slow, could not load an app, got a windows error that I couldn't resolve and specific support for the item was essentially null. Amazon was very helpful in helping me send it back and get a refund.

This thing didn't even have a brand name label on it. And it didn't come with a power cord. So I returned it. Geesh.

There was nothing to like about this computer. Very difficult to set up. Speaker is not loud enough to hear very well even tho I set it as loud as I could

For the price you couldn't ask for a better portable laptop. I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Home edition on mine.Edit: Nevermind, it only lasted a day then the screen died on me.

Sleek and lightweight, a nice slim design, very nice to look at as well as use.Amazing laptop for my daughter, we spent a long time looking for a laptop that will do what she wants at a reasonable price and we found this one. It does everything she wants!She’s able to do her school work, access the internet and online game. She watches YouTube and Netflix without any lagging or issues.
