I have heard that baby powder can cause ovarian cancer. Does this have any actual baby powder in it?

It is only the fragrance of baby powder, it doesn't contain actual powder in it. To stay on the safe side, I sprayed it directly on my underwear rather than directly on my skin, and it satisfied me big time.

Does it absorb moisture?

I have been using this product for years now and am very satisfied with it. as to your question does it absorb moisture ?? Yes for awhile then Mother Nature takes over.
