ChiaoGooTwist RED Cable 125cm Small - 1pc

This is a very sturdy cable; it doesn’t kink; it hold heavy projects. I bought it to finish a poncho I’m knitting. The cable is very long (50”) and it holds the weight of all stitches (336) I have on the border of the poncho. I’m using needle US8/5mm. I can tell it’s going to be perfect for knitting one piece sweaters or blankets. It fits well my metal lace chiaogoo needles.

I ordered the Chiaogoo Twist Small Red Cable 50" through "Shop Smartisans". It arrived earlier than expected and perfectly packaged! This is my first experience with Chiaogoo products but I'll definitely be a returning customer. I really love how the cord doesn't keep its previous shape. I was expecting it to keep some shape but it didn't so I was amazed and thankful for that. I even tried to kink it on purpose and it smoothed right out. With the needles it's a seamless join, no snagging of the yarn. The cord itself is nice and smooth with just a very small slight feel on it from the underlying structure when you press it between your finger and run along the cord. The outer layer of the cord is a little shiny so I was worried it would be a plastic sticky type of feel but it's not. I'm just happy the cord doesn't kink up and that the slight bit of texture of the cord doesn't interfere with the yarn because of the smooth outer layer on it. The cord is thin but strong too, the picture shows how thin the red cord is. Overall I am beyond happy with the Chiaogoo cord and needles along with the handling of the products by the merchants I ordered from!

Chiaogoo is my go-to brand for knitting, and the purchase of this 50” cable was to add to my collection. It works as expected.

I have a set of interchangeable circulars from Chiagoo that I love, but needed a longer cable for magic loop. This works perfectly. Smooth joins and the cables have no memory. My favorite needles!
