I purchased this hard drive for storing a bunch of game and video files for my streaming. It functions quietly, and I can run most of my open world games directly from it without lag. Genshin Impact, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and Assassin's Creed: Origins all work reliably direct from the hard drive. It has standard transfer speeds, and I haven't yet had any issues with the computer recognizing it on connection.

I like it But this is false advertising it is 465.7 GB not 500GB. For me it's not an issue but for others it might be. It is a pretty pink color. It works on my Chromebook. When connected it has a light on it. I needed this to transfer 200gb worth of files for others that need 500 gb this isn't the hard drive for u. For my use it is good for transferring concert photos and videos to.
