Tower T978500 Stealth 3 Burner 2+1 Gas BBQ, Including Side Burner, Side Table, Precision Thermometer and Cabinets, Rust Proof Design, Black

Ordered one barbecue and it arrived with one leg, nuts and bolts missing. It was replaced within two days but the replacement had no gas tube nor regulator, no instructions. Started showing signs of rust after two days being left outside.

I bought this on offer at £250, and I think it's a great BBQ for that price.I built it entirely myself in just over an hour without much difficulty. The instructions are good enough, though could be clearer in places. Build quality is reasonable for the price.Cooking performance is great - we had a large family gathering and I simultaneously cooked tuna steaks, sausages and a tray of halloumi and vegetables. Cooks evenly across almost all of the grill area.It's fairly easy to keep clean.

Excellent bbq, a little fiddly to assemble. All is good except that the gas regulator was faulty. I contacted Tower directly by email regarding this on Monday 18 July, received an acknowledgement but nothing sine. As I need the bbq I have now bought a new regulator, which works perfectly. Shame I had to spend an additional £14.25 to replace the regulator.

The assembly was pretty straight forward, but I was glad I had a small electric screw driver with a flexible hose to tighten all the screws otherwise it would have been a bit fiddly.I got confused when connecting the side burner as the instructions and the connection doesn't look right but after doing some research online it was all good. It just doesn't seem to be right.All burners started first time with the ignition except the side burner, I had to switch that on 3 times for the gas to reach that ignitor but they all work great when you know this.I'm very impressed with how sturdy it is and the quality so overall I would definitely be happy to recommend this.

Absolutely diabolical build quality. One of the catches that secures the lid doesn’t stay closed, the catch that locks the legs for transit spings open when moving the bbq. If I hadn’t just spent the best part of three hours assembling the damn thing I’d take it apart and return it. Instead, rather than use it when caravanning I’ll just use it in the garden as a static BBQ which kind of makes a mockery of the name ‘Tourer’.

Quite difficult to assemble but works well. The side burner took some time to start up the first time for some reason but really useful.Please note (because...I missed the part of the description that says "sold separately) doesn't include cover.

I purchased this for £250 and am very happy with the value and the cooking quality. It’s light enough to move around the garden and is really good

Went together quite easily, build quality is not the best but then that is reflected in the price. Seems sturdy enough, no more flimsy than the branded barbecues at the local gardening centre for more than double the price.
