A great heater but difficult to control
The heat output was very good .and the heater was easy to install, just a 2 screw fixing ( screws supplied)The remote hand set had to be accurately pointed at the green eye on the heater to change settings. I found this a little difficult when sitting 4or5 feet away.When in use the heater gave a warm orange glow which created a nice romantic atmosphere. The build quality was excellent..

Simple to use, works well
Seems to work well and I've out good heat. Usual thing though, electric cable much too short, please manufacturers, give plenty of cable, it costs penny's but makes a huge difference.

Disappointed with length of cable
Very disappointed with the length of cable. It states 1.4m. I thought this would be from the base, unfortunately not, it is from the heater itself meaning this product is practically impossible to use without an extension lead. The heater works fine though. Fully adjustable, up, down, left and right. Also 3 tilting positions.
