Fastronix 5/16" - 1/4" Stud Terminal Cover 2 Pack (Black)

I used these on 8 gauge power/ground wires going to a subwoofer enclosure and they fit perfectly

We couldn't be happier with these. Perfect fit over 2 AWG wire, lugs and 13mm battery bolts. Those little tabs helped.

Used over #4 wire where my battery connects to the alternator. I was worried that I would have to remove the lug that I had already soldered on, but these were soft and flexible enough to stretch over the lug. The little tab sticking out is a nice feature, as it lets you pull it securely over the terminal.

The material is a little too stiff to fit securely on some electrical studs. This is one product I would have liked to examine before purchase. It works but not the most suitable for a non-viewed purchase item.

added some 8G wiring to my alternator and wanted to cover it up so i cant accidentally hit it with a tool or something and it worked perfect looks factory

I used this to cover the alternator terminal as my replacement battery cable didn't come with one. It was pretty easy to slide over the cable eye and stretchy enough to pull it over the top of the terminal bolt without having to use pliers. Time will tell whether how durable it is. I'll update the review if it doesn't age well.

These are going to be used on a solenoid to control power to my winch. The solenoid didnt come with any insulating covers for the battery cable connections and these were the best I could find. I wish they stated country of origin - I didnt see China on them so who knows:-)

Product was as described. Worked on May powermaster 12SI positive alternator post.Only problem was USPS like usual didn't didn't deliver when tracking said on vehicle for delivery they didn't even try to redeliever just emailed me said I needed to pickup at post office. Seller should heed advise and not us USPS!!!
