Dear Representative, I returned this item weeks ago and have not received my refund. Please review and respond. There was nthing wrong with this item. It just didn't work for my Mother, who has dementia. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Strap around waist is way to big. If you're a big person this will probably be ok. But if you're 127 pounds it will not work. Waist strap can't be tightened unless you bunch things up which makes it hurt around the middle. My only disappointment with this is that I have to return it for something smaller.

I tried some "bargain" slings the patient didn't like.This is more secure and very comfortable. Designed for the Reliant series.Highly recommend.Amazon price is $80 less than MFG's price, same unit.

I like the set up and manufacture. Wish the straps were longer as they will not reach the floor to assist in lifting people off the floor.

Your loved one needs to have good upper body strength or this sling could be dangerous to use. Your loved one could slip through it if they are unable to hold on to the lift. It works well with the Invacare sit to stand lift. I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend this lift and sling.

As expected and of high quality.

It is very helpful although it isn't easy putting it on my husband when he is sitting in a chair. Without it I could not transfer him into and out of his wheelchair.
