Truly beautiful! Love the quality of the leather (if it's not leather, it's sure close). The gold rim is lovely, even though it's not brass (but it never claims to be). Seriously love this piece. High recommends!

Does not look classy or chic
I bought this item thinking it would be cute. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I knew I had made a mistake in purchasing it. It’s a good size. The black part is made of a good material and looks very easy to clean. It’s the “gold” band that makes this item look very poor. It’s a very cheap, yellow-y brass and frankly looks incredibly tacky. Trust me, you won’t like it. Honestly, the ugliest tray I may have ever seen.

Shiny tape, not brass.
The description says brass but it is actually just a band of shiny gold electric tape. We purchased it as “open box, new condition” and so it was worth the $10+ but not a penny more.

I would highly recommend it.
The tray with polished gold trim more than met my expectations and the price was very reasonable ; it’s appearance suggests a much more expensive product . I would highly recommend it.
