Huge difference
Taking vitamins and even minerals didn't have an affect on me. I've tried for a couple of decades and wasted so much money but this has finally done it! Even taking in more natural sources of these things didn't help until my doctor told me to try this!

Seems sufficient for the average user
I only give the product at 3 star review, because there's no way for me to really tell whether it's working or not. I have severe neuropathy so it's necessary for me to take this form of folate..... I couldn't find any fault with the product, I did however choose a different brand for next time...only because I opted for a higher milligram....
