I really wanted to give this 5 stars. This couch was a surprise for my daughter along with a loft bed. The couch arrived damaged. All of the hardware connecting the two couch halves together was mangled and the screws were falling out. I had to spend two additional hours repairing all of the hardware and then reconnecting the couch halves. Talk about testing my patience. But I’m a mom which means I’m a superhero so I had the couch repaired and set up just in time for my daughter to get home. It’s not the most comfortable couch but my four year old really likes it.

Had three different people try to put bolts in and they wouldn’t line up right so they kept falling off. Only had it up a couple weeks and the seams are popping

Miss stitched, so hole is the first thing I see even before we get it our if the plastic wrap! Then the huge disappointment of the manufacturing of the product. Alignment is so off, the middle leg was no way able to sit straight! And we had guest arriving, so no time to return or replace, my husband had to rig something up fast! Luckily he is a handyman! I at least hope this company returns my money. Or a partial amount for this huge inconvenience!

We’ve been using this for about 6 weeks. Firstly, it looks nothing like the photos. If you’re expecting the fluffy, cushiony couch in the pictures- think again. It’s not terrible uncomfortable for a futon but it’s not my favorite place to sit. It has developed not one, but TWO big sinkholes. One on the side and one directly in the middle. We used it once as a bed, and ever since then the top won’t stay clicked up. So it slowly pushes itself out from the wall and ends up flat down. Ofcourse my option is to return it, which I can only imagine would be more hassle than it’s worth- so I’ll just cut my losses. I wouldn’t recommend this futon if you ever plan on actually using it at all.

Purchased this and mattress don't at seam less than 30 days later. Very easy you assemble even for one person. Took less than 30 minutes start to finish.Unfortunately, this is not a super luxurious or high quality item. The mattress split at the dream in less than 30 days.I live alone and only had one visitor to use it. Sadly it will have to be replaced immediately.

We knew we weren't getting anything crazy good when we bought this because we needed something fast and kinda cheap before Thanksgiving. First off, I understand the color said grey but the pictures are so deceiving. Its lighter in person. Then when trying to put the legs on, one ones in the middle were nearly impossible. Then when we did get them on and flipped it over on its legs, the middle legs weren't even touching the floor. Everytime you go to sit down the middle legs connect with the floor. After about 2 weeks it stayed flush with the floor. Bar in the middle between the cushions is pretty rough. Looks like you could fir 3 people on but the person who would have to sit in the middle is gonna be sitting on a bar,ouch. It is what it is. This was just a temporary fix for us.

It is not Comfortable. The legs are only about 4 inches off of the ground. I hade to spend more money too buy new legs for it,, so that we wouldn't be sitting on the ground. There isn't much seating area space. It looks cushiony in photo, but it is hard, no cushion and it doesn't keep it's shape. First time sitting on it and the cushion stayed down. I only weigh 120. The screwdriver shows the sitting space is small.
