For the price I would have expected a more substantial product. After only a couple of uses the nylon band that you loop your resistance bands through is already fraying. I'm going to have to bin this already as I dont want it snapping whilst under pressure. I'm using it with Ryher bands not EddHomes resistance bands but that shouldn't make a difference. Waste of money unless you're only using very light bands.

Usually the resistance band kits come with only one door anchor, but if you plan to really use the door anchor, I suggest you buy 1 or 2 of these spare anchors so you can have multiple angles to work with without the hassle of moving the only anchors of the kit around.

Ordered as a replacement to a door anchor that had frayed & split with use. This one was about half the size of the anchor it was replacing - thin in most dimensions. This doesn't give a whole lot of confidence in durability, especially with the half-sized foam bumper. The loop is also pretty thin, so bands get stressed within a very small area.If you need something extraordinarily portable, this is definitely small enough to pack. Otherwise find something more robust.

Multiple bands with varying resistance, and it all fits in a tidy little bag about the size of a kid's backpack. I saw a review that the door anchors are too small but I have had no trouble with the ones provided. There are bands that you can hook up to your ankles for leg exercises. The only thing missing is a personal trainer to make sure I keep repeating the exercises.

I love this little gadget! I was looking for an inexpensive way to workout with resistance bands and this fit the bill. I use it on my bedroom door and it simply took seconds to install and thread my resistance band through it and I was good to go.
