Could i put lemonade or soda in here?

This container which I really like is made of stainless steel. I wouldn't use it for any kind of acidic drinks. They might cause the metal to leach into the drink. It is good for alcohol and that is how I prefer to use it.

How do I contact seller. Does the white pad in the lid stay in..cannot close with it, leaks without it

I suggest you return the item to Amazon and get a replacement. The one I have works fine and I have no complaints.

Can this hold sodas such as Pepsi?

Acidic fluids like soda should not be put into this stainless steel flask. They could effect the taste of the drink and maybe effect your health.
