Q: Does this require 100% argon or can it be used with 75%25% mix

If you are Tig welding it is imperative that you use 100% Argon. The only application for a Argon/CO2 mix is Mig welding.

Q: Can you change the torch head

It will take a stubby glass lens kit.

That is correct. The 250migpro says you can weld aluminum from the tig torch but I’ve wasted a full spool of aluminum wire and a bag of tips trying to get it dialed in. It doesn’t stay consistent at all.
