I thought I was pulling incorrectly at a stitched seam at first, that's how strong the velcro is. The appearance of the nylon fibers is very neat and uniform. The packaging while simple is clearly professional. I'm very happy with this and the price point is great. Follow up - After a couple days of wearing, overall the strap is very comfortable and performs well. However! The short end that folds on the far lug to anchor the strap, the end is exposed and feels sharp against the wrist.
