The building quality is good and the sound is acceptable but it's loudness is not extreme it's just around average the worst thing is that when you listen to something in a quiet place there are some leak sound so people next to you can hear what you're listening to

The mic stopped working only after one month
Bought two barely one month ago. One works (until now), the other's mic stopped working completely. I'm waiting to see what Samsung will do about it.

Here and there, the product rises and falls
NB: This review was based on my experiences with the S21 FE only, and no other devices.Sound is good, build quality is good, comfort is good, and the product is indeed genuine. The only thing which I found out that I don't like about these Type C earphones is with how audio will be cut out for a noticeable time when playing multimedia (for example, when I was watching anime, whenever there was a quiet scene and dialogue occurred after that scene the earphones seemed to just shut off entirely during the quiet scene and turn back on with a very noticeable delay when a dialogue occurred). I don't know if my unit was defective or not, but me personally it's quite bothersome and even happens when playing music. Adding to this, my unit also had some static when used at higher volumes which annoyed me even more.Ever since I've encountered the issues I took in copium and tried to live with it, but I just got so bothered with it that I eventually switched back to using a USB Type C Male to 3.5 mm female adapter to use with 3.5 mm earphones and the issues were gone completely.I am NOT saying to avoid buying this product. Perhaps my unit was defective and I got unlucky, or perhaps it's something that Type C headphones have that I can't live with.Overall, this would've been a nicer buy if I hadn't encountered these issues.
