Seems like a good value package but net missing from the package - not obvious on how to complain and get the missing item sent

These were great quality and value for money and came packed in a neat storage storage zip up bag.. The bats are perfectly adequate for adults/kids alike and are well cushioned. The balls are also good quality and brand marked. I haven’t extended the net but it has some weight and is sturdy.I would say, however, if you are buying these to give as a gift for someone, open the bag for a few days to air it first to get rid of the strong smell of plastics!😷

Love this product, its good quality and already the tablets are out of the kids hands, which I was hoping for , and they are using my adjustable coffee table to play, the net fits on both sides of the table easily and both thicknesses so the table can be long or shorter. Great for family fun inside on rainy days and take it outside if its sunny, with this it makes pingpong an everyday family activity, keeps the kids happy and active and the parents compedative against the kids , you could says good for all kids big or small 😃 loving it already.

Can't believe how quick this was delivered. The net is very sturdy, the bats are solid, exactly what I wanted. Having great fun with it. Would recommend the item 100%.
