It went on snug but not to tight to where your worried about ripping the material taking it on and off. It's got a good feel to it I like the texture a lot. And it does in fact charge with the case on. Only con I found is that every now and again you have to readjust it. Must be from pulling it out and putting it back in the pocket. It's very minimal but it's there. It does in fact sit flush as far as length goes.huge plus for me.
