My eye doc suggested a mask that would stay warm instead of a warm washcloth which barely last a minute or two. I’m having issues with dry eyes and blocked oil glands around the eyes. Using this mask as a warm compress has helped so much! I microwave the insert it for 40 seconds and it lasts 5-10 minutes and apply 2x a day. And it’s very relaxing. As far as some reviewers mentioning and odor, it does have a natural seed type slight smell, but it’s not offensive in any way. The elastic band is adjustable and comfortable. Great for sties if you’re prone to that. It has helped immensely. Highly recommend.

I'd like the mask fabric it is very soft and I like that you have three pieces. You get the outer cover with the head strap, you get the flax seed eye mask and you get the cold mask. I used it right away and warmed up the flaxseed mask for 15 seconds in my microwave. It was very comfortable and warm but not hot. I would not warm it for 30 seconds. I think that would be too hot for your eyes. I liked the eye mask that comes with this it is like a silk fabric very soft and very comfortable. I wish it had elastic straps though. I did not like that it doesn't come with straps because it will fall off your face. I will, however sew on an elastic strap for this. It's very easy to do either by hand or machine. The outer mask that has the pocket has a head strap with a buckle. I do not like the buckle because it hurts my head when I lean back. I may take the buckle out and adjust the elastic strap and sew it back on. The flaxseed eye mask is a little bit heavy for the eyes. I think it is meant to be worn for just a short time. I bought it because my eye doctor suggested a warm compress. I think I will have to open it up, take some of the flax seed out and resew it up again to make it lighter for my eyes. I felt that the weight of the eye mask with the flax seed was too heavy and was giving me headaches after wearing it about three times during the day. Overall I think but this is a good mask and I like the fabric that was used and the versatility of this mask.

The seam on the right presses against my eye - not a major issue because it's soft. I suggest that you put the seam in the top in the future. A top seam would make it so much easier to change the heat pad to the cold pad. The heating pad has a slight odor to it, but I think that will go away after a few uses. It warms very quickly, but the warmth only lasts about 15 minutes. Still, it's just what I needed for headaches and travel.

The whole package is lovely. Unfortunately the cloth cover is difficult to get on the frozen ice pack. You have to bend the ice pack to get it in the cloth cover. After multiple uses my ice pack started leaking the blue goo.

Used this after eye surgery. Liked it because of the covers it came with. The covers made it comfortable on mybface after surgery

My mom recently had eyelid surgery which required her to use cold compresses for 15 min throughout the day. This mask was so comfortable and easy to use, it’s so soft and it gets very cold. I love how it has three ways it can be used and the value for it is also very good. I would repurchase again

This product is terrible!! For one thing, the icepack is almost impossible to get into the sleep cover. Once you do shove it in there, it is incredibly uncomfortable. Also, the bean bag is almost impossible to get out of the packet. This is a worthless product. Find another eye cover that is "just an eye cover". They will work much better and you can always put them in the freezer if you want them to cool a migraine as well (which is what I do).

This is a 3 in 1 mask, hot for dry tired eyes, cold for dark, puffy ones & great for migraine headaches & a silk one for sleeping. The hot insert contains flaxseed. It is very comfortable fits & works well. Nice grey color.
