i basically had 2 speakers that i wanted to share the same input and this worked perfectly. i hooked a single bluetooth adapter up to my phone and used this splitter to go from the adapter to 2 subwoofers and it works perfectly. obviously it doesn't have a way to be true stereo sound, but it works and there's no noticeable quality loss.

This is a terrific idea. I used the audio out jack on two computers and fed into one speaker set. When I use my KVM switch box to toggle between computers, I now have audio capability on either.

This item was exactly what i needed so i can play & hear my games on PS4 and listen to music from my laptop. It does exactly what it's supposed to do but the only issue it has (at least in my experience so far on different devices) is that if i use both plugs (1 in the speakers and the other into my laptop/phone) it causes a buzzing sound in the background. If only 1 of them is used then there's no buzzing. For the most part i can ignore it as im listening to music, but it is the only real drawback to otherwise great item. Definitely still worth getting if you're looking for this type of thing.

Works great. Sends audio to Sound system from TV and from a separate Bluetooth input. TV sound speakers resonates (rattles) rear metal panel of TV at certain low frequencies - disturbing. TV output sound diverted to separate sound system avoids use of TV speakers and provides clean audio to room. Sound level from both input devices (TV and Bluetooth) is reduced level because of impedance splitter in cable, but just need to turn up volume on Sound system to compensate. Much cheaper solution to bad speakers or resonance in TV.

I’m using this cable in reverse — connecting two systems to one set of speakers — and it technically works, but not without issues. One side seems to carry more sound than the other, and when both are plugged in, the volume feels cut in half. It’s okay for a manual setup where you’re plugging/unplugging between sources, but it doesn’t deliver consistent performance if both systems are connected at once. Useful in a pinch, but not ideal for permanent or full-time audio setups.

This is a quality cable, well made and sturdy. I've already put it to good use combining 2 audio sources into the sound system in my media room - a lifesaver...

Back in my Walkman days, headphone cables would ritually flake out. The cable would need to sit just right in the outlet, at a specific angle that, over time, became harder and harder to get right. This was thanks to the walkman banging around in a jacket pocket, and the cable bending or twisting with each step. That was 30 years ago, and I haven't had a bad headphone cable since. This one, though, is awful. It doesn't move, where I have it. It is plugged into a set of computer speakers, where the splitter provides access to a little boombox and my laptop. Just like with my 1980's walkman headphones, this one is just flaky. I can wiggle it around in my laptop jack and it crackles and pops. If it's not sitting perfectly, zero sound. When it's right, it's great. Bottom Line: Buy a different brand. This is the kind of item where almost everything you'll find comes from the same manufacturer, so they're probably all cheap trash. Make sure you can return whatever you buy.

De kabel moet op een bepaalde manier in mijn telefoon en controller om te werken. Draait de kabel, dan valt hij zomaar uit. Ook werkt het niet met mijn telefoonhoes nog om mijn telefoon. Bij beweging stoort het geluid ook.

Update 25/09/25: After using it for a few days I can see it does have it's problems if you're going to use it in a PS5 controller and mobile phone to play YouTube etc. As I push buttons, the music from the phone sometimes alters in volume and can get annoying, but overall, it still allows me to avoid buying a membership with Spotify or Apple Music, which are the only music sources on PS5—for the purpose of making more money no doubt. As long as I'm pushing buttons, the music stays at one constant volume, so it still a viable option, and still worth giving 5 stars for.
