Initial Reaction Based on Reviews & Description: The sweater in size M, my regular size, was exactly as described and as expected. It is oversized and roomy, but not sloppy. I put everything in the dryer, and I only want 100% cotton. This is not pre-shrunk, and as expected, it shrunk, to a typical size M, not being too oversized, but still roomy.Color: The color I purchased is gray and it is exactly as shown in the photos and is a great neutral color for black, white, tan, dark grey, beige, blues, etc.Material: 100% cotton. The tag confirms 100% cotton. I prefer 100% cotton to any man-made materials using plastics. So, this feels like 100% cotton, not the best quality, but certainly consistent quality with the price point. Some may feel it is a little "scratchy" especially just after washing or out of the dryer. I will update as it is worn to see if that changes. It is what I expected and I think the lack of being super soft is probably more related to the open knit weave than the material itself.Use: It is 70 degrees and sunny where I am today wearing this sweater. It does not feel too hot wearing it outside because the knit weave is loose and open. Inside, it helps take off the chill where it is air conditioned.Style & Fit: The fit is roomy, but not boxy, exactly as pictured. It has ribbing at the end of the sleeves and at the waist. Both are sufficient in giving a shape to the sweater. I do have a long torso, and this fits just at my hips (both before and after drying - that didn't change much). After washing & drying, the ribbing is slightly tighter, but not uncomfortable. I will update if it stretches throughout wearing. The sleeve before drying was quite blousy, and after drying, less so and IMO more stylish and not as overwhelming. Fully buttoned, the v-neck to the first button, falls approximately right at the center of my chest with just enough of a cami or tank showing underneath.Price: At just $38, for the gray color, I believe it is priced correctly. If it were more than $40, I may have hesitated to purchase or keep it after arrival.Final Thoughts: I will be purchasing this in a few more colors and making it a staple in my capsule wardrobe.

Comfortable, spacious and warm enough. The color is beautiful. It does have some fiber transfer so keep that in mind. My black pants were quite yellow after wearing. I’ll give it a wash and see if that helps.

I originally bought this in the brown color. And then I also got it in ivory. And then black.So, yeah, I really like this cardigan.I'm usually a medium in everything but I got larges for the nice oversized, snuggly, sweater-paws look. Not only are these cute and flattering to wear over jeans, they look great over dresses too. The sleeves are a perfect balloon that ends in a cuff that makes it easy to push the sleeves up when needed (which, as a frequent hand-washer, I always appreciate sleeves that stay put when I need them out of the way).I've washed each of my cardigans in cold water and hung them up to dry several times and I'm feeling very confident they'll hold up for a good long time as long as I treat them as nicely as they treat me!So . . . which color should I get next?

I wanted a bulky, warm sweater and this is it! Not extremely flattering, but I didn't buy it to be. Wanted warmth and got it!

i selected the navy and its a rich beautiful color. i normally wear large and it is a perfect fit. all in all a gorgeous sweater and looks well made-i would buy it again

I ordered this because it was 100% cotton, which I find hard to find in stores. The quality of the knit and the deep burgundy color are beautiful. As described, it truly is oversized. Unfortunately it is not very flattering on my apple shaped body so I will be returning it, but not because of quality or color!

I love these sweaters so much that I bought three different colors of them. They fit well, are well-made and cover all my lumpy bits. If you are a turnip-shaped person with flabby arms, you're going to love this sweater. If only they made flannel gowns!

I like it, the color and feel. Just wish it was just a bit looser around the bottom edge. The size I ordered, I would have thought it would have been. Maybe I’m just not symetrical.

The cardigan is really nice - I love the style & texture, I love that it's made of cotton (as acrylic gives me an itchy rash), they even provided a spare button (as any professional fashion brand should). Many people find the photos of a model wearing the cardi misleading, which is a shame, because it's a good product. If you scroll down the Product Description section, you will find photos of different people wearing the cardigan, which might give you a better idea of what the product looks like on different bodies. Still, I think there could be more clarity about the sizing if the seller provided the measurements. I, personally, doubt that the model in the main photo, if she is 5'7", is wearing size M. It looks more like size XL to me, judging by what size M, that I ordered, looks like. It isn't as loose on me as in the photos. I'm 5'6" and usually buy UK size 10. To be clear, I don't mind that the cardi doesn't look oversized on me. The sleeves are wide enough for me to get the slouchy sleeve look and I don't care about the length as I have a short torso anyway. I think, to get the really volumous sleeves & the oversized length, you need to go two sizes up. If this is in any way helpful, here are the measurements of the size M that I received: overall length 61cm, sleeve length 58cm (measured from the top of my shoulder, not the seam on the sleeve).

unless you get at least 4 sizes up it'll look nothing like the pic.Otherwise is just a cardigan, decent enough but nothing special.Certainly not 'bat wing' sleeves, and not big and baggy.probably not worth the price. you can get just as good in Next.
