Nicotine Second Hand Smoke and Vape 10 ng Test (5 Pack)

I got this test to make sure my little boy was not being exposed to nicotine when he visits his non-custodial parent, who is a smoker but claims to never smoke around our little boy. The test arrived promptly, and here is my experience:The test was carefully wrapped and included detailed instructions. Not only did it include the standard Package Insert, with all the usual detail, but also a helpful quick orientation sheet that walked me through how to do the test.The tests were all at the 10-ng test level, as described on the Amazon listing. These are the most sensitive tests I could find on Amazon.The seller also included a phone number for information and support as well as the opportunity to text a picture of the test results if I had any questions.The test was easy to use. I simply collected a urine sample in a dixie cup and dipped the test in the urine sample following the instructions. There is a plastic cover over the actual test strips, the part that you dip in the urine, so you have to take that plastic cover off to use the test.I used the tests after every home visit my son had with my ex. They seem to be very accurate:The test was positive one time, and he admitted that he had smoked near my son.The other times they were negative, and he said he’d learned from that first experience.I will keep using these tests routinely. They are a great test: accurate, easy to use, with great seller support.

I used multiple tests at once just to be sure and I had some of a different brand and they all seemed to have the same results.

I wanted to check levels of cotinine for kids vaping. I saw this measured 10 ng/ml instead of most that was to 100 ng/ml. Since I suspected they were doing it sparingly and not everyday thought the 100 wouldn’t capture it. Since we have been testing there were 2 positive tests and negative since. I took one myself when the first positive came just to see if it could have been from second hand smoke from husband that smokes in the garage ( mine was negative). I think this is a good tool to have to prevent kids from vaping or know if they are. I am at ease now knowing that they aren’t harming their bodies. Will buy again, just wish they came with cups so urine sample but it isn’t marketed as so but would be nice. Easy to use and directions are right on the test strip so can’t mess up!

These are absolute trash! Thay give you a false positive! I purchased thesein order to make sure I didn't have any second hand smoke in my system! for a month-and-a-half I avoided anyone who was smoking like they had the plague! And these tests kept saying I was positive! So I had my very young daughter (who is never around anyone that smokes) take one and that also came up positive! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money! I don't know if they are already contaminated or just discards. They come in a very unprofessional package just a Ziploc with print it out of instructions! But they are a huge waste of money! And if you're concerned that your child is being exposed to second-hand smoke or smoking themselves they will not give you a true answer!

I tested negative, my child tested positive. Accurate testing and proved my suspicions.

These tests are awesome and the company has super customer service. The tests are very sensitive and will let you know within seconds if your kid or loved one has smoked or vaped recently. I had an issue one of the times I ordered and instead of arguing with me the company took care of my complaint. Perfect product and top notch customer service.

After I found out my 12 year old son was vapping I purchased 200 ng/mL to test for nicotine usage in combination with this product which checks for exposure to nicotine at 10 ng/mL now that I know to check if he’s using nicotine but I can also check if he’s been exposed to it e.g. hanging out with the wrong crowd, parents, friends, family that are using nicotine products. Since there is a very small window to test for exposure I highly recommend using this test in conjunction with a usage test. Now I randomly test my 13 year old son and my 10 year old daughter. With my daughter I’m not so much concerned about using nicotine products but the exposure to it since her best friends dad vapes. All an all great product.

After reading the instructions, I found the kit to be very quick and easy to use with accurate results.
