I found it best to change it to measure the product I actually received as they did not match the description listed (mine: 5 7/8" x 5 1/2"). 2) I just printed this as an outline from the Cricut as a guide on a piece of copy paper, laying one of the acrylics over it (after it printed) to see what I really had to work with and how close these matched. I wouldn't try to get too close to the edges 3) Since things move around in the Cricut software between your design work and the "make" screen, I lined the bottom of the acrylic along the 6" horizontal mark and the indention point at the top of the heart with the 4" vertical mark as these really are the only good reference points with this shape.
