The Best Pellets
Their Mountain pellets are the best on the market. They burn very clean with exceptionally little ash. They produce more smoke than most of the other pellets available. If you need to go hot for searing, these pallets will really produce good heat.There Mountain has a good selection of wood species in their pellets. Good choice in combination blends also. I keep Cherry, Apple, and Pecan on hand all the times.

My go to pellets
I've tried a bunch of different pellets on my Ironwood 885 and have settled on these in the Gourmet Blend. They burn clean, never clog up and have a good balanced flavor profile (I'm too lazy to swap out pellet flavers all the time).

Seemed to produce a much stronger smoke then the bag of pit boss pellets I used the first time and at the price point this is a good buy
