I was a little hesitant about this after seeing a couple of not so great reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised with this accessory for my gravel bike and actually ended up buying a second one for my mountain bike. Only complaint was that the Allen screw that came with the bracket did not fit in the star nut for the headset, which was fine, just used the original. Snaps in to place with ease, has a locking feature and is great to have your phone front and center for navigation or changing music. Love it!

I'm using this with a Samsung Note 10+. Works well! I don't worry about the phone falling out and I am able to get the phone out quickly when I need it. The only complaint I can think of is the locking mechanism was more inconvenient that I expected due to the release lever being underneath such a large phone. Maybe in a future version, this locking mechanism can be achieved just by twisting the phone into position instead of having a lever.

I almost didn't buy this because they claim it is 3 ounces, which would be a shade heavier than the stretchy rubber thing I've been using for a couple years. The stretchy thing weighs 66 grams (2.3 ounces). Mostly I wanted something that didn't obstruct the corners of the screen like the stretchy thing, and decided that would be worth a few extra grams on my new carbon bike. So I was very pleased to find that this SinceTop mount, not counting the stem bolt, weighs in at 49 grams. So I save over half an ounce (whoopee!), it's more aero, it's black, doesn't obstruct the screen, and is quicker to get the phone in/out. Only thing that I think could be improved is that there is about a 6mm standoff on the bottom of the bracket, where the stem bolt goes through, which raises the bracket a bit. I suppose that prevents interference with some stems. But it raises my phone unnecessarily, and I almost decided to cut it off. They could accomplish the same goal with a few small washers, enabling the user to customize the height of the bracket. But I'm not gonna deduct anything for that. One star off installation because of the need to buy a new phone case, but you should know that before you buy.

It’s almost great! It worked at first but after a month of use there is a ton of slop/play and my phone won’t sit straight in the mount. It wiggles back and forth.

If you ride bicycles and need a safe place to keep your phone I’d recommend this product. It allows me to use cycling apps that help keep me motivated during rides, but also I can see if a family member needs me for anything. Overall, an easy to use phone mount. The only thing I didn’t like was having to buy another phone case so that I could put the piece that clips in on the back. It’s a stick on but I super glued around the perimeter just in case and I’ve had zero problems after hundreds of miles of riding.

I bought a cheap plastic case with a ring holder on the back. Using the small lanyard supplied I attached that to the ring and use I it as a backup method to secure the phone to my bike just in case it comes loose. However, the phone is held solidly on the bike mount and is perfect for watching my progress on my rides. The self adhesive tape on the mounting plate won’t stick to a silicone case, buy one with a smooth plastic back for your bike rides.
