Are they a health hazard when being used for food? For example, cutting a pizza up into slices.

Of course they could be a health hazard if you did not properly sterilize them prior to using them on food and between uses. Note that these are not “kitchen scissors” either. Kitchen scissors are usually stainless steel, are designed for cutting things like pizza but also thicker things, like meat (that would probably be difficult with these scissors, which are not designed to handle “thick” objects), and kitchen scissors are usually made to come apart and reattach easily, to aid in cleaning/sterilizing (usually you can easily twist the handles so the two parts come apart at the pivot to facilitate cleaning), otherwise, food and “stuff” can accumulate between the blades at the pivot. I recommend that you invest in a decent pair of kitchen scissors (they are not too expensive), and dedicate them “for kitchen use only”. Alternatively, “kitchen scissors” are lousy at cutting things like paper, certainly any that needs precision.

Can they be used as a weapon against zombies, bigfoot, my brother in law or aliens?

Against Zombies. Not big enough. Big foot, not big enough. Aliens are soft so, yes. I have not met your brother in law but, If he is made of paper or cloth, he doesn't stand a chance.
