My friend got me this back brace for Christmas last year. I don’t wear it for long hours. I wear it when needed while doing my house chores, working in the garden, sitting at the computer. I can go on and on. It really works. Takes the pain off in just 15 minutes. It’s well made, great quality, washable. Very comfortable, you don’t have to take it off to loosen or tighten it. You can adjust it with additional straps while wearing it. You can wear it under or over the t-shirt. It comes with 2 removable lumbar pads that go inside the mesh bag in the back for an extra support. I don’t use them but it’s nice to have them. And one more thing. It comes with a free gift, resistance band for your back stretching exercise for an additional back pain relief. I purchased Lkm back brace this week for my sister. I really believe it’s an investment in your back health.

I’m not easy to write reviews but: Good quality and real back support. This back brace is very helpful. It is very comfortable to wear. 2 sizes in one helps adjust very easily. I felt a relief the first day I wore it. I have had 2 braces before but this one seems to be working.I bought mine last year.I love it…I bought again this brace for my brother, he is suffering from back pain . I bought this belt and I am fascinated how well it works. The belt is very comfortable, I use it while exercising and helps me keep my balance.Usually I have to sit all day and I periodically put this on which has lessen my pain. It does not make me sweat which is an important for me and and very good quality.

I have a 34 waistline so I ordered s/m and it’s waaaay too small. At the front there’s a good two inch opening. Can’t overlap at all. It’s going back. Just ordered another from someone else. We’ll see how that one goes.
