Love this little Jean skirt. Purchased 18-24 mo size for my 18 mo old. Built in short keeps from riding/rising. It did shrink a considerable amount and is a perfect fit vs having much wiggle room to grow a bit. Purchased the matching jacket in same size, also shrunk a bit after washing and drying on low dryer heat. Both items are very well made and worth every penny.
