I gravitate to phomemo for my business, I use their printers for labelling products, to add an instruction sticker to bottles... I make lists to keep organized, and I even use my phomemo to make stickers to put on my shipping packages to make it more fun for me and the customers I ship to. This is like... A grown-up toy of optimization. The newer model, MO3 , is wider, so it will allow you to make things that don't need restriction. With my MO2s , I felt like I was using a toy for fun, with my business , but this size, feels more "grown up" and not like a small sticker machine. I LOVE my MO2s , but I may be printing more with my MO3, now lol. It feels more "mature". It's bigger. It does everything and it's still mobile, portable, and seamlessly connected with my phone, which means that I don't have to go to my printer, load sticker paper, make sure everything is aligned, print, see if it's okay, etc. This is more of a BING*BANG*BOOM , and done. All-in-one unit with the ap. Now, I just need a carrying case. Hahahah. But seriously, if you ship things, write things, this is going to make it more fun and productive and organized.

Update: I received the replacement and it works great! Will return the defective one.I followed all directions and tried everything, but this printer will not work for me. It connects and starts printing, but just makes a squeaking sound and the paper doesn’t come out. Waste of $100!

I am so disappointed with this purchase. This is the third Phomemo printer I've tried, the first d30 labels were too small so I bought a bigger one but this one has the worst selection of thermal paper. I cannot find thermal paper for this printer that are not continuous. Continuous printer really sucks because I always have to cut the labels out myself. This is so frustrating as I cannot return this item anymore.. The manual that comes with this printer does not even list the sizes and types of thermal paper that will work. The website is not very helpful either. I really just want a thermal printer that prints big labels and has lots of label options. If someone has any info, please reach out to me! I have serious buyers remorse right now!

Bought as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved it! The size is small but feels very sturdy. The color looks very cute and fits well on the office desk. We tried printing several times and the quality is quite good— the app is straightforward to use and makes it very easy to print whatever we wants. So far so good!

Love love love this little printer. So handy and perfect for my kids to print photos of their friends. Great quality for the size. Very user friendly, easy to setup.

The device is easy to set up and the app is easy to navigate. I didn't realize I couldn't use with my home computer, but my fault for not reading close enough, not a deal breaker. I would like a paper roll with out the sticky backing. I just haven't checked to see if it is available.
