I have new residential installation.** A: I use 1/2 cup in the water I wash floor with. It has kept my 12yr old floor looking great **Q: Is this product good for a high traffic hospitality area? Everything says residential and the area would definitely get more than that.** A: I use this product for high traffic retail store. Applies easily. The only recommendation I would add is that the instructions should include cleaning/mopping the floor first THEN applying a coat of this cleaner.
