A rustic teapot set
The packaging of this teapot set is very nice. Giving this as a gift will be ideal. The set has everything you need in a teapot set. The design of the set is very rustic and appealing. It is manufactured well. There was no issue with the set we received.Try this if you like your loose-leaf tea and have been looking for a set. We made our tea on our electric stove. It boiled the water and tea in record time. We put in too much water on our first try, which boiled out of the spout. Place a small dish under the spout to catch the water.Once you get the hang of it, pouring the tea from the spout is dripless. The cups get extremely hot. Heat transfer from the tea to the cups makes them too hot to handle. We used a folded-over napkin to handle the cups initially. After a few minutes, the cups are warm enough to pick up, and the tea stays hot. When we returned for seconds and thirds, we found that the pot kept the remaining tea hot. As we enjoy a good cup of tea, we are pleased with this set and will use it often.Pros:- The teapot set is visually pleasing with a rustic design, making it an ideal gift option.- The set comes with everything needed for a tea session, providing convenience for users.- The set is compatible with electric or gas stoves, efficiently boiling water and tea in record time.- Once mastered, pouring tea from the spout is dripless, ensuring a mess-free experience.- The teapot keeps the remaining tea hot, allowing multiple servings without compromising temperature.Cons:- The cups become extremely hot, requiring caution when handling.- When boiling, too much water may overflow through the spout; placing a dish underneath can prevent a mess.

Good teapot but bad cup
I love the tetsubin teapot but the cup is made out of whatever steel is unuseable, it conducts heat so much that you will keep getting your finger burns. At this point I had to taket a ceramic/porcelain cup and use it instead. Also, the instruction all describe about the benefit of non enameled teapot and all the instruction to care for non enamel teapot..... but the whole product is enameled. It makes me thing they didn't review their product or control quality is not sufficient.3 stars for an average package. The only good thing is the teapot and the base which are beautiful.
