Long lasting
I have used these for 4 years. I bought them in June 2021, and have never sharpened them. I have mowed over small limbs, small pebbles and tree roots, I actually abused them and they still held up. The only reason I will be replacing these (with these) only because they need a break. I bought a cheaper set that I got for timing of shipping due to rain in the forecast. Never again. Got 2 cuttings out of them and they are shot. These are on my Husqvarna YTH2246. Go with these G5 blades, they last a good while.

Best blades I've ever used for Cutting and Mulching
Finally bought a set of these despite mixed reviews and YouTube videos. Figured fall in New England was the perfect time to test them out on my Husqvarna YTH22/46. I ordered the 22 7/8 length.I can honestly say that they cut my lawn flatter and mulched leaves and clippings better than any blade I've used to date. I did use a mulching plug on the discharge (right side) and got no heavy clipping build up or lines on the lawn. I have about 1.5 acres of mow area in a heavily wooded country lot so I get heavy leaf work each fall. These blades pulverized them to damn near dust. I hit a good number of sticks and the blades held up without dulling or nicking.A few things you should know when installing....Out of the box they are thicker, wider and MUCH heavier than the OEM blades. Not sure how these will perform on a lower HP Tractor. The blades were not super sharp due to the heavy paint or powder coat on them but a few minutes with a file took care of that. They were also perfectly balanced. These blades will lower the cut height vs your OEM blades so spend a few more minutes adjusting and leveling the deck to ensure the cut height you want.Great product - highly recommend

NOT sharp from the factory
These are a stout, well made blade. They are NOT sharp from the factory. If you want to get the most from these blades then take a minute to sharpen and balance before you use them. Just look at the cutting edge as they come from the factory. You can see bad tool marks and variability in the cutting surface. One pf my blades was slightly out of balance. After a quick 'tune' through the sharpening process and balancer, they really rock. If you are expecting "plug 'n play" these may let you down. If you want to take a minute to fine tune them, they will be your favorite ever blades.

Tried the rest but these are the best by far !👍 😊
I've tried the hy lift , didn't last! Tried the cheap ones but they were 💩 😖 The reviews for these are good but these costs a bit more? I noticed that these blades are made more heavy duty by their description, and they most definitely are!!! and it's made in the good old USA 👍 The cut was nice and flat, the mulching was nice but the grass was very long ,not a fair test comparison. I didn't dress the blades, just put them on. Next time maybe??🤔 I found the blades that work for me! The extra cost will pay for its self( nice job manufacturing !! USA !! ) 👏👏👏👏👏 (It used to be common place ) 💪 ✌

Fixed My Problem Beautifully!
I was having a terrible time with uncut strips of grass on my 46" Ariens tractor. I had to go over everything twice to catch all the stuff that got missed the first pass. I was sure the tractor didn't do that when new, so I figured the blades were maybe just dull. When I pulled the old blades off I saw they had been heavily damaged and were a good 1" or more shorter on each end than the new ones. I thought the new ones were the wrong size and were going to be way too long, but was surprised to see they still cleared each other (and the mower deck) once in place. As soon as I fired up the tractor and engaged the blades I noticed the blade noise was way louder than before. Turns out it's because they were finally doing their job again and creating the suction needed for a good mulch. My mowing time and quality of cut has been restored back to what it was when the tractor was new. A very simple and inexpensive fix.

Excellent blands but might need to throttle back
As other have noted, these are much larger and heavier then the original blades on my 46" Husky deck which I really liked. But once I installed and engaged them, they were extremely loud and I literally thought my entire mower was going to vibrate apart. The vibrations literally loosened up one of the wheels on the mower deck in a matter of minutes. After making sure that every thing was installed correctly and tight I fired them up again, only this time at about about 2/3 throttle. This ceased the vibrations and the blades are mulching up leaves like a champ! As someone else also stated, they do cut a little lower then the original blades so I found a couple of rock that I never used to hit. But simply raising the deck up a notch cured that as well. I primarily bought these just for mulching the leaves in the fall and will likely go back to the standard blades for normal grass mowing next year. Or maybe not. It's actually kind of nice to be able to mow at the same speed with the engine throttled back some. Keeps the noise level down considerably. :)
