Fat Daddio's Stainless Steel Round Cake and Pastry Ring, 4 Inch x 2 Inch

Exactly what I needed.

I bought these to cook eggs for breakfast sandwiches, and am very happy with them. They are very solid and do not bend easily. They edges are very flat, and egg does not leak out from under them.Like other Fat Daddio products I have purchased, there are well worth the cost.

I used this ring mold to make a layered naked cake. I used this to cut out each layer and then as the bottom mold to keep it upright. This mold is a great size, completely round and a good thickness. I was worried if it wasn't sturdy enough that it might bend but it didn't. When it was time to push the cake through it slid right down with the help of the plastic paper shield that I had on there.

Purchased the rings for a funnel cake booth I was running at my church. I was a little nervous because there wasn't much said about using them for that. They are good quality and were perfectly round. I ended up not using them because I found them to be a little large for my purposes, and I couldn't fit more than one in the fryer. Next year I will be getting the 6" ones from this company though. Very pleased with the product.
