This is the best shop vac I have found. Works very well in a woodshop. It comes with various attachments that allow you to get in all nooks and crannies. I really enjoy the Bluetooth button. It wraps nicely around a chopsaw. And it fits conveniently on the wall perfect in the corner. I would recommend this for anyone that has a shop.

Absolutely love this thing, it's like having a car wash vacuum in your garage. The suction power on it is excellent IMO. The remote start button on your wrist is another invention that I didn't know I needed. I have another 5 gallon DeWalt wet/dry vac that I use around the house and the vacuum hose on it doesn't really compress or extend like a slinky. But the hose on this wall-mounted unit does, it seems higher quality and extends much further out. Overall must-have for auto detailing or as a shop vac.

This vacuum is a beast. Tons of power, easy to mount on the wall, and so convenient to grab and use without dragging a big canister around. It picks up everything — sawdust, dirt, car crumbs, you name it. The hose could be a little longer, but honestly the suction makes up for it. If you want a vacuum that actually works and isn’t annoying to store, this one is worth it. My garage floor finally looks like I have my life together.

This offers a great versatile vacuum! It sits on the wall and can be easily used there or lifted off the mount and be portable. The hose is long enough to reach wherever needed as well. Comes with a great air filter for internal, a bag, and a filter for the out air port. If I had to buy another vacuum I would definitely rebuy this product!

Works nicely, especially with the additional 10' extension hose I bought after I discovered the stretch of the original hose seems just too much in "spring" tension as it nears it's limit,....I wanted to "easily" reach the entire garage, and to reach outside the garage if mounted very near the exit door. Now, with the extension (shown in pics) it easily services the entire garage as well as the driveway, reaching the rear of any vehicle if parked within 8 ft of the garage door. Suction is very good, (not excellent) and enough for my needs. Haven't tried to suction water, but in my experience with wet/dry vacs, that's never a problem. What I really like is the reduced noise of this vac with it's included "muffler" mounted in the air exit port, and the ease of portability if desired. It removes easily from the wall bracket and is truly portable, making it a nice addition to the shop I have in the garage, saving the floor space of the previous 12 gallon vac with it's rigid hose which was simply not easy to move around and use, having to drag it with the hose wherever you wanted to go. I'm satisfied, but I think a big improvement would be to make the length about 30 feet in all.....that would have saved me some 'not-inconsiderable' extra money outlayed, and made for an easy to reach 20 -25 feet usability. As it is now, with my extension, I'm tickled with this.

This unit is awesome! Very easy to mount and removing it from the mount is just as easy. The hose is better quality than the what my other "shop vac's" come with, in fact it kinda feels like the same hose at the car wash. Reach on the hose is good and retracts nicely. All the extra compartments for storing accessories is a nice touch too. 2 minor things that caused me to drop a star. I wish it was a little easier to remove the bottom portion for emptying instead of taking the whole thing off the wall, and make sure the cord isn't wrapped for storage because you won't be able to separate the 2 parts. Maybe putting the cord wrap on the motor would've been a good idea. But I'm no engineer. The other is the suction power. I also have the DXV09P-QT shop vac as well. It is also 5HP and I feel like the suction is better on it than this unit. With that being said it does well enough for me to clean the vehicles, etc. One side note, and I expect this is the case with all wet/dry vac's. Don't expect miracles with the blower. It'll do in a pinch, but I wouldn't rely on it for any real work. I have a DeWalt cordless leaf blower that outperforms this one by far.

This thing is great. The ONLY drawback... the goofy dewalt hose/nozzle size. Most other ShopVac brands or clones use 2" - 2.5" hose ends and attachments like Oneida Dust Deputies use similar sizes. Supposedly this is supposed to be 1 7/8" (47.6mm) but it's not... it's really 45mm. I am sure some branded dewalt adapter works fine to make this work... but I just cheated and made an adapter via my 3D Printer. Otherwise... works great. I will say the suction is mildly insane if the hose end is blocked... I've had to put a valve on my separator so the suction doesn't collapse the collection tank. I did mount this fairly high on my wall so the bluetooth on/off switch is fantastic.

Excellent, I love the remote and the long hose. It has plenty of suction and seems to be a quality product.

I have a small metal workshop and have had numerous shop vacs from various companies over the last few years. Some cheaper and some really expensive. All have been less than ideal - not enough suction, always tipping over, dangerously loud etc., etc. I've got other Dewalt power tools and have always been impressed, so I thought I'd take a chance on this vacuum. I am impressed. First off, the suction is amazingly powerful. Big wads of metal shavings that were impossible to vacuum up before now just quickly disappear. Very impressed. Secondly (and perhaps just as important), this vacuum is quiet. It's not silent, but it's at least half the volume of other shop vacuums I've used. Extremely impressed. Comes with all the attachments you'd ever need. Oh, the main hose is long and flexible. Easy to stretch out to full length, and easy to coil up and stow. It's VERY flexible - not at all like the stiff plastic hoses most shop vacuums typically come with. In my small shop the long hose reaches everywhere, so I don't need to move the vacuum around. Like other reviewers here I too thought the wireless remote was kinda silly. Hoo boy was I wrong! It's been the biggest time saver. Who'd've thought you spend so much time walking over to your shop vacuum switching in on and off... I managed to get this from Amazon Warehouse for a very good price. Description said "Condition: acceptable. Does NOT come in original box." Well, it came in the original box. The box had been opened, and the clear plastic bag the whole vacuum is in was plainly torn open at the top, but the vacuum appears to have never been removed from the box. It was clearly untouched and had never been unpacked. Thanks, Amazon! So, if you're tired of wrestling with cheap shop vacuums, just bite the bullet and buy this one and get on with your life, never having to worry about a shop vacuum again. Recommended.

Good suction. Clever wall mount: does not take much space in the garage, but can be easily moved if necessary. Long hose. For cons: it does not come with HEPA filters. Bags mounting could be more reliable. It is the best wet-dry vacuum I have owned so far: happy with the purchase

I have to this mounted on the wall beside my laser cutting machine to vacuumed up all the scrap. I have the wireless remote on the handle making it extremely easy to turn on and off. Fantastic power and suction. Highly recommend!
