The problem is that the collar really only has 2 functions "super shock" or vibrate.There's no setting to lower the shock level, you're just stuck with it at 100%.The beep/chirp button is a lie, it just plays a 2 sec loop of a mechanical bird noise ON THE REMOTE. How is that supposed to warn/alert the dog?I bought an RF cloning remote to see if I can copy the buttons onto a smaller keychain size remote, I will have to update my review when that arrives from China. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Won't last long ... beware *by M***9 on May 7, 2017* We have put this back together several times... now the charger is broken off inside the collar.... uhhh I give up! ### ⭐ So very, very BAD!!! *by M***. on December 13, 2016* Such junk, it was almost laughable how poor this product was.
