Nice scale. Easy to use. We dropped and broke the original one that we bought years ago. The current model is nearly identical, except it registers added weight quicker, which reduces the number of times over-pours happen since you're getting a virtual "real-time" update on the display. The scale is also quicker to reach "ready to use" state when turning on.

I wish I could give it less stars. I can’t believe I’ve just “put up” with this piece of garbage for two years. Finally just stopped working on me this morning but two years of being unstable, inaccurate measurements, and a touch sensitive tare/power button that seems to only work half the time have been slowly chipping away at my sanity. I chalked it up to not being a big deal and moving on with my day, until today. I turned it on with nothing on it and it was giving me the EEEE as if it was maxed out but with nothing on it. Nothing changed from yesterday to today. Changed batteries, same issue. I’ve finally been pushed to purchase a new scale (getting the Fellow because I can count of their products) but first I wanted to help anyone who is looking at this to steer clear.Scales should not be this finicky and frustrating.

I've used three of these scales now over the past few years and I really need to be honest, they're not built to last. Inevitable, a pour-over splash here and there will find its way inside, corroding the circuit board. It is NOT repairable at home, as the manufacturer doesn't sell spare parts. It's great while it works, but unless you're extremely careful with cleanup, it will eventually become a paperweight

Works perfectly, especially if you have a Hario drip stand to go with it. I designed and built my own clone drip stand. The scale doesn't have all the bells and whistles like measuring flow rate, but it really is more than adequate for my v60 pourover routine. It measures accurately and to several pounds.
