It works for me 2 capsules in everything Try one capsule or 2 capsules or 3 capsules and see which one works best If I take iron supplements then one capsule is not enough So it depends

This product didn’t work for us!
I got this product and I was excited to try it. My husband tried it too. He got diarrhea the three days he took it. I took (2) capsules for (5) days and I didn’t poop. So I found another product here on Amazon. We will be trying it tonight. That product is Oxy One For Detox sold here on Amazon. I will leave a review.
