I do not know a lot about computers, but I want you to be aware of something that will save you from screaming at the screen when your game crashes. It came with only one stick of 8G RAM...so newer games of course are gonna have a hard time working. Other from that this computer is great, it doesn't have the best GPU, the AMD rx 6500 xt came out not long ago and so far it is one of the cheapest ones on the market, so you won't be playing anything above high settings (sometimes it might struggle with a high setting too). If you are new to gaming this is the computer for you, just buy more RAM sticks and run newer games on medium/high settings, anything super and high definition will need another GPU which nowadays they average on a price from $500-$1000 from what I've seen. I haven't had trouble with the fan but I read comments saying that it might need another one. I will give it an 7.5 out of 10. Best of luck!

New update! Cyberpower corrected the issue & the system seems to work fine now. Great customer serviceUpdate!! After sending the system back to CyberPowerPC paying $274 to ship it, we received it today and it STILL DOESN'T WORK. SAVE YOUR $$ it looks like we're out of about $1000 after all said and done. Pure trash!New update. After a month the system completely stopped working. After days of back & forth with the manufacturer I was asked to ship it back for repair at my expense. $230 to ship. Unit was bought in early December as a Christmas gift. Never worked properly is unreturnable because they give a 30 day return window. This is by far the worst purchase ever made on Amazon!Update Again...computer has completely stopped working. Wasn't hooked up until after Christmas & took about a week to get it working using both Amazon and Intel support. Here it is 2/6/22 and it doesn't work at all and the return window is closed....DO NOT BUY!! We are now out of hundreds of dollarsReview update. Intel Support was finally able to help. So far my son has enjoyed gaming on it. 4 stars since it took multiple emails and calls to get it resolved. Overall so far so good for my 10yo. Decided to keep the system.System would not connect to wifi even after several hours of trouble shooting with tech support and intel tech support. Then the hdmi stopped working so we never got a chance to even try the computer out. Hooked it up to a hotspot and it was super slow. Will be returning and purchasing elsewhere.

Great PC

Purchased PC as a birthday gift/upgrade from my gaming laptop. Overall PC runs well, couple instances of it turning off randomly. PC runs Anthem on low/med graphics with no issues, Witcher 3 on high with no issues and Skyrim with no issues, unless you use a lot of the overhaul mods. Overall great PC for the price, plus more than enough room on the inside to upgrade as needed or down the road. I would recommend this pc for anyone getting into PC gaming or light gaming. It also has the room and ability to be upgraded later, which I plan to do. Noise is a minimum, runs everything I have tried with little to no issues. Will be trying WoW and other more graphics demanding games later and will update.Only main issue, so far, is the Windows did not come activated/with a working key, as it was supposed to. Amazon support did correct this though so support was fantastic.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my son he picked it out. He said it was exactly what he needed. He actually loves it hasn’t put it down yet. He said he needed it for Fortnite, IDC what that is but my tech friend says he’s good till he’s 18.

We bought one of these for my son years ago and one for my daughter this christmas. It's a quick and easy set up for those that are new to gaming. It is still working for my son years later and he plays for hours daily. the only problem with the new one, the wifi didn't pick up great. my son's is now hardwired so he gave his sister a wifi usb that came with his years ago - now she has great connection. we would recommend this brand to anyone.

We love our new PC, its quiet and colors are beautiful! What I don't understand is what app to download to change the colors? It doesn't come with a physical instruction book.

If you are looking to buy this pc make sure to buy a new graphics card with this pc if your gonna play games like cod or Fortnite you will only get around 100fps most 170 but that’s luck I fixed all my settings and now usually pull 150 most in multiplayer cod I pull 190 but for gaming for your fps high like streamers upgrade some parts on this pc because I know most of the kids out here wanna know this about your fps.
