Easy to use
When I was younger and much dumber, I want attempted to change the tire on my Honda scooter. I used a couple of large flat head screwdrivers and spent about three hours absolutely traumatizing myself in the heat of my sweltering garage. It was a mistake that I was not going to make again when it was time to switch out the tires on my zero turn mower. And the product works very well.I laid the tire down and used the core remover which made quick and easy work of releasing all air in the tire. Breaking the bead was tough but I ended up having the best luck using some large wooden clamps that I have from my woodworking projects. The biggest C clamp I had was 4 inches so it just wasn’t going to cut it getting around a large mower tire. If you are like me and don’t change tires often, you need to pre-think this part out and ensure you have something large enough to get around your tire to pinch closely to the rim and break the bead. Once the bead was off removing the tire was not a huge amount of work. I used some soapy water to be the lubricant to get the new tire on. I had a friend helping me and I do recommend having an extra set of hands. This is mainly because I found it beneficial to stand on the tire with my 2 feet bracing either side. This allowed me to have a better chance of keeping the rubber in place on one side when you’re trying to roll it over the rim on the other. It can be easy to chase the rubber in circles if you don’t have a way to keep the tire stationary. All in all, the first tire took about 20 minutes and then the second tire took about 10 once I figured things out. That includes removal of the old one and installation of the new. I also used this as an opportunity to teach myself how to plug a tire using a kit that I purchased separately. I plugged up an existing new slow leak that I had acquired in a separate tire and now I feel like I’m ready to tackle most small tire issues. The Tire irons are very high quality and exhibit no signs of bending or stress. I did not use the rim covers at all so I cannot speak to their usefulness. Having the core removers and extra cores was super helpful. This is a great product and makes life a lot easier. Especially because none of the tire shops around me will do really small tires.

Good kit
It took me a while to read through all the reviews and decide on this kit. I almost wish I'd gotten a three handle kit prior to using them.Changed 4 heavy duty lawn tractor tires and they worked well with no issues. Didn't need the third iron. Did need to valve stem puller tool which no other kit had. Also liked that the kit came with 90 degree stems, again something none of the other kits had.Had no issues using these irons to remove the old tires. The new tires were 4 ply and cold. This made for a very challenging job. The irons held up nicely, did not bend or break. All in all, it took about 6 hours to do the job, but I also took the time to clean and grease everything while it was apart. Also this was my first time removing and mounting tires by hand. There was a marked difference between the first 2 and the last 2 tires.Again, no issues with the kit, would buy again.

10x2.50 scooter tire tubeless
Have not used the product as of yet but it looks like a well made product. Longer shaft than expected which will aid in leverage when removing tires from rims

great for changing motorcycle and moped tires
These are great for changing motorcycle and moped tires. Much better than the large tire irons I have. The rim protectors work well (keep the string on in case they fall into the tire!). I used the rim protectors when prying off the tire, and found them easy to use. Rim protectors were more difficult to use when putting on the new tire, and I found the tire spoons smooth enough to not scratch the rim, so ended up not using the rim protectors much when mounting the tire. "Little bites" while mounting, and it went through well.At around $20, it's a good value.
