I dont know why the seller feels the need to embellish on this. The planner has one side of one page that has dotted lines that you can use for notes. The only other notes sections are the small notes sections on each monthly calendar page. So that is 1 page and 12 small half-columns.

It is standard letter paper size - 8.5 x 11.

Q: Does it really start in January 2020 thru December 2020 only? On the pictures it seems like it starts mid year 2019

Mine starts in January 2020 and goes through December 2020.
